Sunday Post is a meme hosted by Caffeinated Book Reviews. |
Hello! How is everyone doing? Did you have a nice Christmas? Did Santa leave many books under your Christmas tree? 😊 I could not end the year without joining my favourite meme, Sunday Post. I didn't join it as much as I wanted to this year (you know, a very chaotic and busy life), but I always tried to find time to visit your Sunday Post because I love reading about what's going on your bookish life. Let's hope I will have more time to blog next year.
What happened in the past week:
🎄 I won a giveaway! Thank you Nicole @ Feed Your Fiction Addiction and Shannon @ It Starts at Midnight.
⛄ Yesterday, I had to leave Faúlha at the vet. They are running some tests and trying to figure out what is wrong with him.
🎄 I didn't find a single book under my Christmas tree, but I added some new Hermione inspired items to my always growing collection. #nerdylifeforever
⛄ I've been trying to reach 120 followers before the year ends, but it has been difficult...

- I haven't been blogging much, but I did share two posts celebrating the end of the decade. The first post was about young adult dystopian books that inspired a decade (and inspired me). The second one was about my reading journey in the last decade. I have now realized that my blog will turn ten next year!!!!

Wishes of a Happy New Year!

If you like my blog and would like to support it, you may use my Book Depository Affiliate Link or buy me a coffee. You may also buy some bookish items from my RedBubble store.
Oooh! I love the cover of The Rippler! For Christmas, my husband got me 4 mangas from a Dragon Ball series that I haven't read yet. Odd though... he got me books 1, 2, 3, and 7. LOL! I hope you have a wonderful 2020!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on winning Nicole & Shannon's giveaway. Good luck with hitting 120 followers - I've just hit follow so you're one follower closer. x
ReplyDeleteI hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
Here's my Sunday Post
Flora x
There were no books under my tree either :( I hope you enjoy the freebies though.
ReplyDeleteI also hope your cat recovers quickly
Wishing you a great reading week and a Happy New Year
I hope Faulha will feel better soon! I know all about having a pet sick. It's heartbreaking. And yes winning followers is hard but on the other hand that's not the count that is important but the connection you can have with some. I wish you already a happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteYeah for a book win! I hope Faúlha is ok. I hope you enjoy all your new books and best wishes in the new year
ReplyDeleteI hope the vet can find out what’s wrong and fix it quickly. Congrats on the giveaway win. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteAj @ Read All The Things!
Other than my bookish Santa gifts, I didn't receive any books this year, but I gave books, which always makes me happy.
ReplyDeleteI hope the vet is able to help Faulha. No books under my tree either - my family always say I have enough. But my staff gave me a gift card which I have to add on Amazon.
ReplyDeleteI agree that books are cheering although I am not sure that is always true of dystopian stories. :-)
Happy New Year and Happy Reading!
Merry Christmas and happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteI hope your kitty is ok? It's always a worry but he's in good hands, I'm sure.
Enjoy your book haul and hope you have a good week!
ENJOY your books...I hope your week is going well.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!!
